Join us for daily, drop-in classes that are appropriate for students of all levels and backgrounds. Our teachers will guide you through a 60 minute flow that will nourish your mind, body and spirit.
SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls
MEDITATION
Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health. You also can use it to relax and cope with stress by focusing on something that calms you. Meditation can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice that involves lying down and relaxing to achieve a deep state of consciousness. It's similar to meditation but doesn't involve poses or stretches.
